PS3 Games which do not have 4 GB Files are placed into GAMES on the External HDD and run from there. When I want to play a PS2 Game or Games I use Multiman to transfer them to internal HDD PS2ISO, Multiman rejoins larger games into their original size and the games can now be run from Irisman or WebMan MOD. PS2 Games use encrypted ISOs that have to run on internal HDD, I don't want them to show up unless they are on the internal HDD so I put them in individual folders in a directory called PS2ISOS on the external HDD, not PS2ISO! Some PS2 Games are larger than 4GB so I use the PS3Splitter on them so they can fit into said PS2ISOS folder. PS1 Games are in PSXISO, there are no 4GB Games so you are all set there. PSP Games are in PSPISO, there are no 4GB Games so you are all set there. I use the PS3Splitter PC App on those games so any larger files in their respective games folders are broken down into 1 GB files which can loaded onto a FAT32 drive, from there I can use Multiman to copy the folder to the internal HDD GAMES folder and it will automatically rejoin the files into their original size when you copy from external HDD to internal HDD so the game runs property as a Folder Game from the internal HDD and you can swap in/out as needed. I have 88 PS3 Games ripped and converted to GAMES Folder games of those 11 have files too large for FAT32. If you are using GAMES Folders you should just use FAT32, most games do not contain individual files that are over 4 GB so using GAMES Folders is a great way to workaround the limitation.
